On German TV WDR: Marine Scientist Nicole Dubilier and her Research

Nicole Dubilier, Director at the Max-Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology, has been studying marine symbioses for many years. The main research interest of her lab is the ecology and evolution of symbioses between bacteria and marine worms and mussels. These animals live at deep-sea hydrothermal vents and cold seeps as well as more accessible habitats such as coral reefs and sea grass beds.

The TV program ‘Planet Wissen’ will portray Nicole Dubilier and her research (in German):.
