Information for Presenters
Oral Presenters
You will be allotted a total of 20 minutes, comprising 15 min for your talk and 5 minutes for questions and transition to the next talk. Convenors will be in charge of keeping everyone on time.
There will be both a Mac and a Windows laptop available for your presentation. We strongly encourage you to make your presentation in Powerpoint, as that should be compatible across platforms.
You should upload your presentation file onto both available computers latest the afternoon before the day of your session. The convenors of your session will be in charge of that process and will help you upload your talk.
It will be easiest if you provide the talk on a memory stick with a USB connection.
