| 2010 | Guest at Netherlands Institute of Ecology / Department of Ecosystem Studies (NIOO-CEME), Yerseke, Netherlands. Under supervision of Dr. H.T.S. Boschker I personally carried out RNA extraction from deep-sea sediments and Stable Isotope Probing (SIP) experiments combined with Magnetic-Bead Capture Hybridization of 16S rRNA. |
