New telephone numbers
Dear colleagues, dear coworkers,
Since our institute is growing, the old telephone system has to be replaced by a new one. At this time we also have to extend the personal extension numbers from 3 to 4 digits.
For almost all of our employees, this means that a zero is added to the personal extension number. An example: If the telephone number was previously +49 421 2028-123, you must now dial +49 421 2028-1230. You can now reach our reception on +49 421 2028-5151 – they will be able to assist you if you encounter problems.
The changeover of the telephone system will take place on December 4. On this day, the telephone system is expected to fail from noon onwards. In the course of the weekend the telephones will be back in business.
We have tried to minimize the impact on the Institute as much as possible. Unfortunately this change is unavoidable.
